Blake Mills: Jelly Road [New Deal/Verve]
After recent collaborations with Fiona Apple, Bob Dylan, Phoebe Bridgers, and Pino Palladino, Blake Mills returns with a fresh solo album. Jelly Road was co-written with Chris Weisman, the prolific and enigmatic jazz musician from Brattleboro, Vermont. Weisman previously collaborated with Mills on material for Daisy Jones & the Six and its accompanying album, Aurora. The single “Skeleton Is Walking” was released alongside the album announcement.
