The reunion took place as they took on the role of surprise headliners for a show alongside the crossover thrash sensation, Fugitive, at Austin’s Mohawk venue. In honor of Gale’s memory, a new library at the Dallas Hope Center, the city’s shelter for LGBTQ+ youth, was named after him, showcasing his impact beyond the stage.
