The musical ensemble Jahari Massamba Unit, featuring the dynamic duo of Madlib and the multifaceted drummer-producer Karriem Riggins, has excitedly announced their upcoming second studio album. Titled “YHWH Is Love,” the album is set to be released on March 1 through the Law of Rhythm label. Alongside this announcement, they’ve released the album’s lead single, “Stomping Gamay,” for your listening pleasure.
“YHWH Is Love” represents a significant milestone, being the second album from Jahari Massamba Unit. It follows the success of their initial offering, “Pardon My French,” which made waves back in 2020.
