Faye Webster Reveals North American Tour Dates and Releases New Song Music Video
Faye Webster has unveiled her latest single after a two-year hiatus. Accompanied by a music video directed by Kyle Ng from the fashion collective Brain Dead, “But Not Kiss” was filmed at the renowned Bob Baker Marionette Theatre in Los Angeles, where Webster shares the stage with her puppet bandmates. In a press release, Webster shared her thoughts on the new track, stating, “I believe it can be interpreted as both a highly romantic or anti-romantic song. It explores a conflict and contradiction that I often struggle to find in other love songs.” She further added that “But Not Kiss” offers a glimpse into what’s to come in terms of her upcoming music.
Before embarking on her comprehensive tour in October, Webster will be performing at Brain Dead Studios tonight, featuring a Q&A session moderated by Kevin Hayes, a screening of the “But Not Kiss” video, the launch of limited-edition T-shirts, and a ping pong tournament. Additionally, on Thursday, June 22, she will delight fans with an exclusive one-night celebration at the 40 Watt Club in Athens, Georgia.
