Matthew Healy from the 1975 band was in charge of Dirty Hit Limited, a British record label, since 2018. But recently on April 4th 2023, his job ended as director there. The reason behind it is not publicly known and no one said anything about it yet.

In 2010, Jamie Oborne, Ugo Ehiogu and Brian Smith created a company named Dirty Hit Limited. In 2017, Ugo Ehiogu and Brian Smith stopped being directors of the label but in 2018 Brian was hired again as a director. That same year, Ed Blow became another director of the label.

The 1975 are in a relationship with the record label ‘Dirty Hit’ and all of their music is released through this label. Matthew Healy (from The 1975) has been making music with some other artists like Beabadoobee, No Rome, Blackstarkids and the Japanese House. Rina Sawayama also recorded The 1975’s song called “Love It If We Made It” for an extra version of Sawayama on Dirty Hit Records.
