Kali Uchis has partnered with City Girls’ JT and Dominican dembow artist El Alfa to create a fresh tune titled “Muñekita”. The track is the newest Spanish-language entry in Uchis’ discography, succeeding her 2020 album Sin Miedo (del Amor y Otros Demonios) ∞, which was entirely in Spanish. This release comes several months after her latest full-length album, Red Moon in Venus. Discover “Muñekita” below.

“The thrill for me is in merging artists that one would least anticipate,” Uchis remarked about her new track in press releases. “El Alfa is an icon in the Latino community and JT has always been an artist I respect immensely. They are both recognized for their infectious summer tunes and dynamic energy, so I’m thrilled to unite them for a lively, sensual track like this.”

Uchis is preparing for the upcoming stage of her Red Moon in Venus Tour, set to begin in September. In April, she graced the Coachella 2023 stage, accompanied by Tyler, the Creator on their Flower Boy duet, “See You Again.” She also invited Omar Apollo for “Worth the Wait,” and was joined by Don Toliver for “Fantasy.”
