A 20-year-old man has been found guilty for the killing of Pop Smoke. According to reports, he also committed home invasion robbery. He was 17 years old at the time of the crime and his name is not being shared in court because of it. For this crime, he was sentenced to four years and two months in a juvenile facility.
Five people, three adults and two teenagers, were arrested for the Brooklyn rapper’s death. Two of the grown-ups, Corey Walker and Keandre Rodgers, may get death sentences if convicted of murder. The 15-year-old teen involved in this case was not named, but he also faces charges of murder while he robbed and broke into a home in Los Angeles at AirBnB on February 19, 2020. The fifth person who got detained was Jaquan Murphy who was not charged for the killing later on.
